  • When can I check in and check out?

    The check-in is available from 3:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.


    We also offer our guests an early check-in option and a late check-out option.

    Each option costs €25 per stay and must be requested before arrival.

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

    Yes, you can leave your luggage with us by arrangement and pick it up in time before your check-in.

  • Why is a passport or ID card required?

    A passport or ID card is required so that we can legally document who stayed with us as a guest. Your personal information is, of course, protected in accordance with data privacy regulations.

  • Is there an online check-in?

    Yes, we offer a fast online check-in.

  • What is the parking situation at the apartment?

    Please note that we do not have a guest parking lot. In Vienna, there are short-term parking zones from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can view our recommended parking options on your guest website. Upon request, we can also send them to you again.
