Please note that stag and hen parties, as well as similar celebrations, are not permitted at our accommodation. We want to ensure all guests have a pleasant and peaceful stay – therefore, we ask for your understanding and consideration.

Art Living Vienna is run by a private host. This means that the rentals are not operated as part of a commercial hotel business, but with personal dedication and attention to detail.

Nevertheless, you will of course enjoy the same service and comfort that you would expect from professional accommodations.

Should any damage occur to the accommodation during your stay, a fee of up to €500 may be charged subsequently in accordance with our house rules and damage policy.
