These terms and conditions apply to the rental of our holiday apartments at Art Living Vienna, whether booked via Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or directly through our website. The rental agreement is concluded either through the respective booking platform or, in the case of direct bookings, directly with Art Living Vienna. For bookings via platforms, payment is processed entirely through the platform and direct payments to us are not possible. For direct bookings via our website, payment is made on-site upon arrival. Direct bookings allow us to respond more flexibly to your needs and are greatly appreciated. Cancellations, rebookings, or other changes must be made through the platform for platform bookings or according to the cancellation policy stated on our website for direct bookings. The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking. Parties, loud events, and pets are only permitted if explicitly agreed in advance. The house rules must be observed at all times. For the online check-in process, we require a photo of your passport or ID card to verify the identity of all guests in accordance with Austrian law. Your personal data will be processed solely for this purpose, securely stored, and handled in accordance with data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purposes. Guests are liable for any damage to the apartment or its furnishings caused by themselves or their travel companions. Any damages must be reported immediately. Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of the property. Should any provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
