Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability

• Please include the number and ages of children in your booking to ensure accurate pricing and occupancy information

• Unfortunately, there is no space for extra beds or baby cots

• Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments

• The minimum age for check-in is 20 years


🚪 Quiet Hours & Conduct

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 09:00

• Parties or events are not permitted

• Please respect the neighbors and follow the house rules during your stay

• Payment for your stay is processed by Booking.com on behalf of the property

• Please make sure to bring cash for any extras or deposits upon arrival

• There is no curfew – you may come and go as you wish

• Please remember to close windows and switch off lights when leaving the apartment
