Our house is located on a quiet street, yet just a few steps away you can reach the heartbeat of the city: charming cafés, the Belvedere, the main train station, and many other highlights.

Please note that bachelor or bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, are not permitted in our property.

We aim to provide all guests with a pleasant and peaceful stay, so we kindly ask for your understanding and consideration.

🏡 Private Host

Art Living Vienna is run by a private host. This means that the apartments are not part of a commercial hotel operation but are offered with personal care and attention to detail.

Nevertheless, you will, of course, enjoy the same level of service and comfort you would expect from professional accommodations.

Should any damage occur during your stay, a fee of up to €200 may be charged afterward in accordance with our house rules and damage policy.
